At the Chicago Curling Club Store, we strive to ensure that your order is handled quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping and returns policy below to understand how we process orders and handle returns.
1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Since we use a print-on-demand service, all items are made to order. This means your order will be processed within 7 business days before it is shipped.
- Shipping Times: After your order is processed, shipping times depend on your location:
- Domestic Shipping: Depends on products ordered, but will generally be within 14 business days.
- International Shipping: No international shipping available at this time.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
- No Returns on Custom Items: As all products are made to order through Printful, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with Printful to either issue a replacement or provide a refund.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our support team at here with your order number and a description of the issue.
- If approved, Printful will provide a return address where the product can be sent back.
- Please do not return items without first contacting us, as returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
- Return Address: If a return is required, Printful will provide a designated return address. Please ensure the item is sent back in its original condition and packaging.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Since all items are custom-made, orders can only be canceled or modified before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during shipping. If your tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
5. International Orders
- International shipping may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. You are responsible for these additional charges.
